01 / The story

From consultant to co-founder

Steve's journey into travel began with a simple observation: the journeys that change us are designed with more care than an itinerary alone can hold. He brought strategic and experiential expertise to travel ventures and never looked back.

What started as a consulting practice became a co-founding story. Steve built Unleashed Travel into ANZ's largest student travel company, took three sold-out expeditions to Antarctica, and co-founded Big Family Escapes to prove that big families don't have to compromise on extraordinary.

When Wonder Tribe and Wander Pilot fused to become Wonder & Wander, Steve brought the Wander β€” the travel DNA, the experiential design instinct, the commercial creativity that turns a trip into a transformation.

He is, as Evolve X describes him: β€œthe calm anchor to big dreams.” Father of five, ocean-lover, steward of grounded, sacred leadership. The man who makes the extraordinary feel inevitable.
