Sarah grew up in Hobart with an entrepreneurial spirit — selling apples and flowers from the family orchard on weekends. That early instinct for creating joy, connection, and commerce never left her.
After 22+ years leading strategy for global brands including Microsoft, IBM, and CommBank, she saw a pattern: smart, capable leaders were drowning in complexity, chasing AI trends without a map, and building businesses that worked against them instead of for them.
She built Wonder Conductor to change that. Her flagship 90-day AI leadership program teaches founders to use AI like a co-founder — not a search engine. Strategy first. Agentic systems. Real ROI. The 20% of AI that drives 80% of results.
Before that, she created Wired for Wonder — the iconic innovation conference that ran 2013–2019, featuring 250+ speakers including Steve Wozniak, Nolan Bushnell, Guy Kawasaki, Rachel Botsman, and Brené Brown. She is, as Nolan Bushnell put it: "a world class event producer."
She is neurodivergent, a mother of five, a keynote speaker, a magazine editor, a community builder, and the Wonder in Wonder & Wander. She believes the future belongs to those who design it with intention.

In 2014, Sarah created Sienna Baby — handcrafted soft-sole leather baby shoes made with love. What started as handmade originals quickly grew as demand exceeded supply, and the brand scaled to factory production. A beautiful founder story: a mother who saw a gap, made something extraordinary, and built a brand from scratch.
